On Sunday night on Labor Day weekend we discovered that sewage water was coming up through our basement shower. We called Mr Rooter and within an hour Technician Mike Rayhon arrived. This turned out to be a complicated problem as we had a pipe all the way out in the driveway that had colapsed. Mike did everything possible to get us operational Sunday night but it was imposible. He came back early the next morning (labor day) and worked on the problem until it was fixed. Mike's genuine concern to get the job done right for us was unbelievable. He really went over and above and on a holiday weekend. Mike certainly represents Mr. Rooter very well but also it is great to know that there are hardworking caring people out there to call on when you are in need. Mike had some help the second day and Jerry also helped with the repair. Thanks
