I had an excellent experience. My Dodge Intrepid needed a rebuilt transmission, and after the initial repair, there were still a few quirks, so I took it back, and there was an unreported manufacturer defect that took them a month to figure out....but at NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR PARTS OR LABOR. They gave me a free ride home whenever they needed to keep my car so that I wasn't stuck indefinitely at the repair shop. I will always take all my cars to this location for any repairs. The staff is EXCELLENT and they take real pride in their work.
