The was done quickly and so far everything works great. The estimate was accurate and everything was explained completely. Love that there was a 10 day follow-up check to make sure everything was good. Shannon Sr was great and really knows how to handle customers who may be in shock due to the cost of transmission repair. Also, the technician I dealt with for my 10 day follow-up was very helpful when I mentioned an electrical problem that had arisen subsequent to the repairs I had done. He gladly checked everything and informed me my battery was starting to fail. My only negative part of this experience was with Shannon Jr. Although professional and thorough he just needs better people skills. I'm paying $2000 for transmission work, be courteous to my wife when she calls to arrange payment, and don't say you are going to call back if you aren't. Overall the work was done right and I have a rebuilt transmission with a warranty and a 10 discount for futire care care. I'm happy I chose this shop.
