Informative and Say what they will do
I unfortunately had to replace a transmission on a 1998 Town & Country. Expecting the worst, I took it to Aamco. Although I paid more than I wanted to (who wants to pay for a repair?), I felt everyone was up front and honest about what was needed and I felt that they were trying to do whatever possible to avoid any unecessary expense.
