The service man was great; set up was easy (we live in a condo) and he was gone in an hour. The problem we had was that the time was scheduled for between 8-9 am. The owner called us and said the sevice man would be there by noon, which required us to change our plans for the day. The owner said one of his trucks was in an accident, but when the sevice man was filling out the paperwork I said our only complaint was the lateness. He then said "The boss told me to go and do this other job." I think we got shoved back because they got a bigger job. That does not make me happy.

The service man was very good, as was the job he did. He was pleasant and explained any questions I had. He was quick with the service. The complaint we had was that our appointment at 8-9 am turned into a noon appointment, which caused us to change our plans for that day. That was annoying, but then I found the story the service man and his boss did not match. He had been sent on "another job" before he got to our condo. We will not be using this service again.
