Among my other duties, I also act as the property manager for my employer, an international IT service provider that also owns the building. A new tenant inquired if the previous tenant in their suite had a dog; they did and it was brought into their offices every day. The new tenant’s employees and visitors (some were clients) were allergically reacting to the dog fur that was imbedded in the low pile carpet.
