They went the extra mile to make sure the carpet was not only cleaned, but well kept. There was a crease where 2 separate pieces of carpet met and they trimmed it accordingly. The speed and the kindness was outstanding; you could tell they cared about their job. Customer Service is a huge deal these days and generally speaking, sometimes it's very hard to find it in the first place.
