They came out today for my annual tune up which I had waited for three months. The tune up person screwed up on of the valves to the second zone upstairs an when I came home the upstairs was freezing. I called them 6 times in a 7 hour period and they kept reasssurimg me they would come out. I called around 12 am and they told me that the weather was too bad to come. No one bothered to call me to tell me that. Be so careful of these people. They are rude and low class.
