I was surprised how quickly the man from King Appliance Service came. He did find the problem and took care of the the main thing. He also recommended something regarding something else that will need to have worked on in the future. We appreciated the heads up to that issue we might be facing in the future and his sensitivity to our needs. He didn't push us to fix it right then, because it would have been too costly of a job for us now.
