Happy with the bath, not the follow up.
Our bath came out very well. We like it a lot. I'm not too happy with Re-Bath though.
After our work was done, my daughter wanted them to work on her shower. They quoted us a fair price for ours, which is bigger than hers and had a seat to replace, but they gave her the same price for a smaller shower with no seat. When the sales rep came out a second time for her, she offered him what she could afford and he said the price is firm but that he'd talk to his boss. He said he'd get back to her, but he's never called once. I figured they would. You either want the sale or don't want the sale, but you should let the customer know what's going on either way.
Anyway, I'm happy with our bath, I'm just not happy with the follow up. The shower we had before was tile with a built in seat, and we got a new ceramic or plastic one with a seat. It's absolutely beautiful, and it cleans up nice. No leakage or problems, plus a lifetime guarantee. If anything happens and they're true to their word, I can talk to them and they'll follow through and fix it.
