I was worried about being unable to be present during the inspection. Ken, however, did such a thorough job that I wouldn't hesitate to request his services again. The inspection report was easy to read, yet went into an astounding amount of detail. It was also very well organized and he makes it easy to highlight areas that are recommended to be addressed or repaired.
