We have been qite happy with Ken's service and responsiveness. As we haven't moved into the house yet, we cannot rate whether he's done a good job at identifying all the potential problems, but it would seem so. We've had to work with him long-distance so haven't met him yet but have had good phone discussions of what he saw at the house.
