Ken spent just over three hours inspecting a very small (720 sf) home for me. He did not leave a single stone unturned! He not only pointed out all the problems but also took the time to explain which were large problems and which were minor; I've never bought a home before, so I really appreciate his doing that. His inspection report was 46 pages long, filled with color photos, and easy for a layperson to understand. The I would absolutely recommend Ken and Portico to anyone looking for a home inspector.
