Performance Carpet Cleaning has done upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and flood damage repair for me. My whole basement flooded several years ago, of course I had mold and everything, and they took care of it all.

I have been using Performance Carpet Cleaning since around 2004. I have tried many different companies, and Performance Carpet has been the best. Their customer service is great.

If I have any problem, like a stain remover issue or whatever, I can call McKenzie, and she will tell me what to do. I have two dogs, and if they get sick she will tell me how to deal with it. Their customer service is fantastic.

If I call McKenzie today, Wednesday, and tell her I need something done for the weekend, she will try her best to come tomorrow or Friday. Most companies just put you off until next week, but she tries her best, even if it is 7 or 8 at night. She puts the customer first, and she is phenomenal.
