Good Sounds installed things in my home. They did a complete home entertainment solution. The issue has been more with the equipment that was installed, and as a result they have to come out and address it more often. That's really the only issue.

The people are extremely nice. I enjoy all of them. When they get here, they tend to be very good about getting it done. Sometimes though, I feel like we're on the back-burner when it comes to repairs and replacements. It's like we're the ones who have to remind them to come back and finish something.
