Dan inspected an older home (built in 1972) for us that had been vacant for three years. He was very thorough and professional systematically checking the structure, roof, fireplace, HVAC, plumbing, windows, electrical appliances, and electrical system. He identified numerous issues and potential problem areas in a formal report that he delivered approximately eight hours after completing the inspection.
