I'd say that Kenny of Commonwealth Home Inspections is 100 independent, he's not politically biased or influenced. Instead, he's completely and totally there for the person who hired him. Kenny is very professional, exceptionally detailed and accurate. I think that the value is easily justified with the finished product received.
