I was very happy working with Masters Roofing. I just went there, and I was happy with the way they wanted to make sure things were done real good. They finished their work faster than I thought they would, so I was very happy with that.

Overall, everything just went real well. The one thing that didn't really go well wasn't even Chuck's fault. The day they were supposed to come, they told me to be ready at 8:30, but nobody showed up and I was just sitting there waiting. Chuck got a hold of the tech, and apparently his pipes had frozen, but I didn't get a a phone call. But that's really the only thing, and it has nothing to do with the quality of their service.
