I give D & M all 5's, and I wish I could give them more! The nice part about my experience with them is that they always send the same guy out, so he has a history with us. The amazing part about it is since I switched over to them and started having them do my air conditioner and furnace in Spring and Fall, I have not had a problem. The last people I had were supposedly keeping tabs on it, but every winter the furnace would go out, and it would always been on the coldest day of the year. That has not happen since I switched to D & M. I can't say enough good things about them!
