Alex's Crew did great follow up
The first crew that came did a great job with the windows but the screens weren't cleaned. They also didn't have a ladder long enough to reach some of the windows. Steve promptly arranged a follow up visit. Alex's crew did a follow up visit within a week. They took care of the high windows and the screens within 10 minutes.
