I received a call 30 minutes before the appointment time from the window crew saying they were cancelling my appointment yesterday. I didn't know what to do next so I called the main office number, and spoke to Andy. He was very helpful in finding another crew to come 2.5 hours later. Danny and Fernando saved the day. My windows and screens are beautiful. Those two guys did a wonderful job.
