Too many price increases.

Guys did a good job today although they missed the last outside window that I pointed out still needed to be done. We eliminated the two highest large windows from the job,yet the price still went up. Recently recommended your service to new neighbor; now we'll be shopping around for new window cleaners. See ya

The customer paid the exact same amount on Feb 21, 2011 Check Number 2756 as she did on Feb 13, 2013. On Feb 18, 2012 Alex cleaned the windows and confirmed that the Feb 21, 2011 price was correct.
Our cost for labor, insurance, gas, advertising, supplies, rent and just about everything else has gone up so we have to pass the cost increases on or cut our service levels which we do not think most of our customers would want.
