Michael was already at the home and almost done by the time I arrived. He was inspecting the home for possible purchase. He was able to show me everything that he discovered that was wrong in a detailed report along with explanations. I was also able to call him for advice several days later on supposed repairs that had been made. Michael delivered quality work and I would recommend him to others.
