I was able to be with the inspector for the entire inspection, except when he had to inspect under neath the homein the crawl space. I would have like to have been there with him to see the things he reported on, but unfortunately I can not get down and crawl about on my knees due to a job injury I recieved in 2009. The inspector went over everything good and bad that he had found. He also explained several factors to me so that I could understand better about some of the things I had questions about. He knew his job and he did it very well even in the bad weather we had the day of the inspection.
