I've been dealing with McDonald Plumbing Heating & Air, Inc. for 10+ years. They've done some major heating and air work and some minor work. I've always found their service to be very very good. They show up and if they don't, they communicate prior with a phone call. I really appreciate getting that kind of communication. I like the fact that they call when the technician is ready to come or is on their way. The office staff at McDonald Plumbing Heating & Air, Inc. was very helpful. I had only one major problem with them in 1998 with a particular employee but that was taken care of in a matter of hours. They're just a great company! McDonald Plumbing Heating & Air is very dependable and trustworthy!
