honest, helpful, saved me A LOT of money
This was about the 10th plumbing business I called after I flushed something down the toilet. The other companies just gave me quotes. The man at this company (owner) explained to me that if the toilet is still flushing, there is no reason to have a plumber do anything and that he would be glad to come out if it stops flushing. He saved me at least $150 just by being honest.
