The only problem I had with Nikash Diamonds is that their coupon company did not tell me what to do with the coupon I had. I called the people at Nikash several times to get it straightened out because it was not clear. The guy who answered was very good, but I had some difficulty understanding him. Because I didn't know what he was getting at, I didn't know where to input the coupon numbers on the internet.

I also had to pay additional money for the postage and handling of the package, which I objected to doing. Fortunately the package came on time, and my wife likes the diamonds. I think the Nikash Diamonds is fine as a company, but their coupon company leaves much to be desired.
