Michael Termin was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly -- three characteristics any customer would want in an electrician. He installed our new ceiling fan. He called ahead, arrived on time, completed his work, and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. He brought in his own ladder but used ours because it was already there. He was kind enough to carry ours back to our garage even after I told him he didn't have to. Would recommend Mr. Termin & Trim without hesitation!
