The workmen from Curtis Total Service were fantastic! They were polite, clean, answered my questions. The only thing I didn't like was when I called with a question about something to have them check on, the gentleman that I spoke to said that it was a nuisance call and that I would have to pay to have them check up on the work. I just spent thousands of dollars on the work, and I thought it was a little annoying to have to pay to have them check it out. He said it was a nuisance call because when they put it in, you don't have to worry about it.
