Had Peter B. design the pool and Tom was the Supe.

Did a lot of initial research as well as talking to many neighbors who had pools installed. After an exhaustive selection process we settled on Cody and the entire experience was outstanding for following reasons:

1) Loved the design process with Peter. Was not pushy about getting "his vision" of our pool but rather guided our half formed idea of "our perfect pool" and got it mapped technically and esthetically.

2) Appreciated the line by line quote. May not be good for everyone but we were extremely happy with the ability to see what each change did to the cost. there were no "surprises" and only increases/changes were ones we initiated (.. "run a few more feet of pipe here", "can we do water feature", "what if we did bar stools in the water", "make the deck bigger by X, etc")

3) Tom was an exceptional supe. he made sure that the project kept moving as well as addressing any on site issues as they arose. appreciated his attention to detail that we as new pool owners were not even aware of...(routing piping so that we had access everywhere, placing an extra step area around the aforementioned bar stools to ensure ease of access, etc)

overall, very pleased with Cody. during my research phase of pool purchase I saw good and bad responses on all the pool builders. while your mileage may vary, Cody (specifically Peter and Tom as well as sub cons they used) has done well by us in delivering the pool of our dreams.
