So the wife and I have been dealing with this company for a year now. My wife contacted our attorney which in terms contacted their attorney due to false filing of a report. They had a certified letter sent to us claiming our house had a lien for non payment. Our lawyer sent documents to their lawyer and photos and declared they would only receive final payment minus attorney fees. Well their lawyer didnt inform them of the certified letter he received and a lady from warranty department called my wife saying if a payment t was not made in full all her warranties would be voided! Must I remind you the job had just been completed and we was waiting on their letter showing final payment reduction due to lawyer fees. she had no idea what we was talking about and said she would call is back. Well it's been months and no call back. my wife calls and spoke to someone else who in turn didnt know what was going on said she would get back to my wife and guess what still nothing. We can not wait to get them out of our hair but it will be done right even if we have to go to court!!! Not to mention the have no fixed the tile and the piece around the pull has already started to chip.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE. WE WILL BE FILING WITH THE MILITARY TO HAVE THIS COMPANY BLAVKLISTED SO NOONE WHO HAS OR IS AFFILIATED WITH THE MILITARY WOULD BE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR SERVICE DUE TO THEIR SCAMS AND UNPROFESSIINAL WORK ETHICS...
