Cody pools purchased Challenger pools in Tampa Florida. Our pool took 9 mths to be completed from signing the contract to completion. There were numerous issues and delays and when our complaints from Challenger pools was ignored we contacted Cody pools in Texas. Sadly it just appears Cody pools also is ignoring our correspondence. Hardly the actions of a “#1 pool builder”. If you’re considering Cody pools to build your pool and if you have issues be prepared to not get them addressed. I gave both locations an opportunity to make things right with their customer as a courtesy and due to their non response I’m reporting them to the Better business bureau in both states, reporting them to the licensing board and posting on social media for public information and awareness. Horrible representation of customer service!!!!!
