My experience started from design through service. However, service is key! Severo walked me through my “pool school”, session, and showed me everything I need to know about my pool. To this day, many years after my pool was built, I still reach out to Severo when I have an issue, and he guides me to what is wrong. If he cannot help me over the phone, he makes time to stop by when he is able. That’s the service expected, and Severo and Cody Pools has exceeded that. It’s been an excellent long term relationship, and Severo has set the bar on taking care of customers.
