When my water heater cracked and was quickly leaking water all I could think of was, "How will my teenage daughters fair without hot water for a 1-2 week period"? I called Mr. Rooter in the afternoon and had a repair team out the next morning. And, instead of sitting around for a 2-4 hour period waiting for their arrival, I got a courtesy call letting me know when they were on their way. I met them at my house and 4 hours a later, we had hot water. In addition to installing a new water heater, the repair team built a new base and secured straps/supports to meet earthquake code. From the person who answered the phone to the repair team, Mr. Rooter's employees were professional, courteous and efficient - I highly recommend them.
