I have been using Case Inspection Services personally, and highly recommending to my real estate clients for over 10 years now. The great service begins with your first call to their office and continues through the super detailed PDF report of the inspection which contains photos and illustrations of any concerns. These have been incredibly useful for communicating / sharing with clients and other agents who are often out of town. Fantastic construction knowledge combined with excellent "real world" advice. If Bob doesn't have an answer, he has an extensive list of great referrals who can get the answer - and quickly. Best inspection you'll find and I recommend Case every chance I get.
