We probably have been doing business with North American Chem-Dry for 7 years. We've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but we always go back to North American. They stand by their work. If I have a problem, they go back. The techs are very presentable, positive, polite, and good communicators. The owner is a terrific guy. He goes out of his way to make sure we're taken care of, so they've got real good customer service.
