My daughter-in-law is allergic to cats. Mike helped me establish a game plan to ensure the furniture, carpeting and drapes would be clean. It was her best visit yet suffering not at all! I also was able to modify my order over the phone. The tech called with questions to make sure the job was done correctly. The carpet in our rental is ancient and it was actually 'fluffy' after it was cleaned. I was truly impressed! Thank you North American Chem-Dry -- you're the best!
