Jeff, from A-Pro Home Inspection Services, was really great. We are currently located in Missouri, so we were doing this long distance. We have never met Jeff face to face, but he was so personable over the phone.

He really took the initiative. He called and emailed us. I just picked up the mail, and the packet containing the written inspection was just there. Of course, he emailed us a version the same day it was done.

He is very punctual and reliable. We had a really good experience with him. This is the first time we have bought a house the conventional way, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
