Team Eddie and Steve can't be beat! We had a sick cat that we had to medicate and the stuff got all over our rugs. We also have another cat with hairball issues who has accidents on our rugs. Eddie was great; I relayed my concerns to him and he explained the whole process. When they were done, our house smelled great for the first time in months.
