I was very pleased with Eric. On Sep 9, he removed my leaking water heater and installed new one. He was professional but pleasant to talk to. He went right to work and gave me status updates along the way. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. I am in my 70's and I appreciated the fact that he treated me with respect and kindness!
