There was an old pipe leaking under the floor, and I didn't know about it until it had soaked through the carpet. I called Paul Flaherty, and they came out the very next day. The technician took one look and he said the pipe was disintegrating. He also checked and replaced another pipe just like it. The technician was polite, clean, neat, and very competent.
