The last time I went to North Bay Truck Center they did an oil change and when I got my truck back all the lights were on. The engine shut down and I had to take it back down and they said it was because the converter needed to be cleaned, they sent it to Bakersfield to be cleaned and I got it back and it works the same.

Usually the do good work, but sometimes I run into things that are hard for them to solve. I have been using them about 2.5 years.
