I had called around to a few shops in the area with Northbay truck center being one of my first shops reached. Jim in the service center answered the phone and returned my call only a few short minutes later with an estimate. He quoted me a Great price on my truck repairs, and they promptly repaired my vehicle same day. I feel that I definitely got my money's worth at this shop and quick honest service. It was my first time here and will not be my last. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone of my friends and family. Thanks to Jim in the service department and the great team of technicians at the shop. P.S I still haven't gotten my return call from one of the other local repair shops nearby....snooze you lose
