Hutzel Plumbing & Heating installed a furnace, a much needed furnace, and a hot water heater, and that's what they did for us. It was about $11,000 for the furnace and $2000 for the hot water heater. I can't say enough good, and I don't even know where to begin!

The lady came to our home and assessed the situation. First of all, we had them adjust our furnace because we were very unhappy with the last company we had working on it and it was getting worse and worse. We had known about Hutzel for years, and we decided that it was time to give Hutzel a call! They came out and worked on the furnace we had for winter. We had two at the time, and our house was zoned for two, and we ended up taking them both out and putting in an all-in-one furnace.

We're not educated or very savvy as far as that stuff goes. Hutzel was very patient with us. They explained everything very thoroughly and were very detailed when discussing the financial side of things with us. They took their time and showed us how to do things all along.

There were a couple of things we had to call them back for, like something making noise, and they were here within an hour. Their service was excellent. We had a very good feeling about Hutzel, and we'd recommend them to anybody.
