They did what they said.
Chico Roofing Company put on a composition roof for us. It was raining off and on, and even snowed, while they were working on it. They did pretty good, especially considering the weather. The roof isn't leaking.
Our neighbor recommended them, they had it done a couple of years ago, and Chico Roofing did a good job on ours too. They did everything they said. They weren't able to put the sealer in the rain gutter, because there is water in it, so they will have to come back when it is dry.
