I hired Top Notch Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to clean my upholstery. My appointment was set for 4:30pm and the gentleman ended up arriving around 6:30pm. Even though he had called a couple of times to let me know he was running late, I was worried about what to expect. However, that was the only negative thing to this experience. I did appreciate that he had called me though.

When he did arrive, he was very professional and friendly and apologized for running so late. He went right to work and did a quality job on my upholstery. I thought I got a good value for the price and I would use him again.
