First we set an appointment with the guy and he tells us he'll meet us at 12pm. Didn't see him till 100 and didn't even receive a call, I had to call him. Then when he gets here he comes upstairs looks around says ok then heads downstairs to what we thought was to get equipment. He comes back up with the hose bag goes back down. Then we don't see him for 10 min. Then we start hearing loud yelling, we go out side hes on the phone yelling at someone. Very professional right. Then he's out there telling for 30 min. What we do we take his hoses put them out the door and leave. While telling him that I'll be back. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!
