Energy Savers of Columbus responded after I had to call them about an issue with my AC. We had some previous issues with another company over some duct work beneath the house. Energy Savers came and did some tests, and thoroughly checked the air and filters. They discovered that about 60% of the air was escaping under the house. They tried their best to make it right, and now about 13% percent of the air goes under the house. We had to have all the work redone, but it was for a very good price. I am very pleased, and I continue to use them.
