When i call the office they sent someone out the same day and he understood what i was trying to do with my kitchen remodeling. They prepared the duct work that i needed for my over the cook top microwave and installed it in the most professional way possible. I learned a lot from just watching and staying out of their way. They may not be as cheap as others but it was well worth what i paid.
