I rated Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia at this level because they were not perfect. I did not feel like they knew everything, but nobody knows everything. The first time they came out they diagnosed the problem. The second time they came out they found that the real issue was with a different part that had gone bad. They were able to fix that.

The service tech was very good and respectful. What I really liked about him was that he wanted to find the problem. He made sure that they were making the right fix. For right now we are satisfied.
